Yes! We are very proud to tell you that all cinda b fabrics are water-resistant and stain-resistant, making them practical and functional without sacrificing fashion. That’s a WIN-WIN! -
Can I wash my cinda b?
Yes! All cinda b bags are machine washable. Simply machine wash warm, tumble dry and remove promptly. (Note: to protect your cinda b's fabulous color, do not use chlorine bleach.) Be sure to remove your hard-bottom insert (available on select styles) prior to washing. -

Thank you for thinking of us for your upcoming event! We appreciate the chance to give back to our communities but unfortunately, with so many requests each day, we need to limit the organizations and events we donate to. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please include with your request a detailed description of the event, the organization or charity, and what you are looking for in terms of a donation. Please make all requests at least 45 days prior to your event. Please send your request to Customer Care, and we will review it as soon as possible. Sending a gift is easy! At checkout, simply change the ship-to address to the lucky recipient. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Sales tax will be added for deliveries to the following states: Indiana. The tax rate applied to your order will be the state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other state will not be charged sales tax. -
How soon will my cinda b ship after I place my order?
We begin processing your order immediately. Most cinda b shipments to individuals are shipped out within three to five business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and method of shipment chosen. When shipping times are provided, they are calculated from the time the order is packaged and leaves the distribution center to when it is estimated to reach you. -
I want to place an order but I don't see the country I am in listed in your drop down when I am checking out. How can I place an order to a country outside the U.S.?
The bad news is that our online system is not able to process shipments to other countries. The good news is that we do fulfill orders for shipment to other countries. Can I ship to an address other than my own?
You sure can! Just make sure the ship-to address reflects where you’d like to send your order. While your billing address should match that of the credit card you are using, you will have the option to change the shipping address at checkout. -
Id love to send a cinda b to someone in the military. Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely! We’d be more than happy to assist you! Simply order as you would and specify the APO/FPO in the ship-to address. These orders ship via the USPS and will typically arrive at the destination in about 7-10 business days. -
Can I track my order?
Once you place your order and it is picked up by UPS, they will email you with a tracking number and a link to check on the progress of your shipment. However, should you have any questions, please call customer care at 877.692.4632 between 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday. -
What is your method of shipping and how much does it cost?
We ship via UPS Ground to all 50 states at standard shipping rates. Shipping and handling fees are added to your order at checkout. Expedited shipping is available. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Items that are on backorder may be kept for a single shipment or shipped as soon as they become available. Do cinda b's come with a warranty?
All cinda b merchandise is guaranteed against defects. We advise you to check your items upon receipt for accuracy as well as quality. It is our policy to stand behind our products, and we are confident our customers will enjoy the products they purchase. Please see our Standard Retail Terms and Conditions of sale. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it within the first 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund (S&H not included).However, our guarantee is not for the life of the product. As with most products, cinda b bags and accessories products are not indestructible (or filled with super powers). Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, misuse or abuse of the product, extraordinary wear and tear or use, etc., and we reserve the right to deny the return or refund of any product.

Can I return or exchange a cinda b?
We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges with the following stipulations:- If your merchandise was purchased from a retailer, it must be returned to that retailer and is subject to the retailer's exchange and refund policies.
- If you made a purchase from cinda b by phone or online and wish to make a change, we can accept returns or exchanges of product in their original condition, NOT USED OR WASHED, with original tags, within 30 days. You may exchange the product for another item of equal value to the original purchase price or receive a refund of the full purchase price.

Simply follow the return authorization process by completing a Return Authorization Form, and we'll replace any damaged bag or allow you to return it for a full refund.
