The Fall issue of Flower Magazine features this fabulous mantel arrangement created by Jonathan Andrew Sage that is just over the top and gorgeous. There are detailed instructions here, but the gist of it is that you create an anchor on the floor to the right to which you attach elm branches, and then wire the various fruits and flowers into an arch. A great look for a Fall party. I also love the idea of taking this basic shape, painting everything black and adding dark kale and dark red roses as a dramatic Halloween decoration.
