    I loved the Day 10 idea of using free apps. I already use MyFitnessPal and Headspace, but I didn’t know about Sleepbot, so I’ll definitely be incorporating that!

    My favorite Activity is to treat yourself! No surprise there… I’m guessing that would be a lot of people’s favorite! Just a good reminder to appreciate your hard work and reward yourself for sticking to your workouts and nutrition plans. Plus the relaxation will look good on anyone. Look good= Feel good.

    My favorite was Day 3 – eating the right portion sizes and drinking water. Exercise is important to a healthy lifestyle but you can never out train a bad diet.

    While they are all doable and reasonable, I’ve not participated in all the daily challenges. The ones that I have that work perfectly are 2, 3 ,7 and 8 – especially cutting out sugars!

    Packing my lunch is my absolute fav!! It saves money and time! Especially when I can package leftovers from the night before into easy to grab lunch containers! As always, I pack in my Cinda B lunch bag!!
