What fabrics are used to make cinda b bags and accessories?

cinda b 'b original' handbags, totes and accessories are made with the latest poly/nylon fabrics making them water-resistant, durable and lightweight for active lifestyles – yet classic and chic as well. All of our bags are 100% machine washable. No shrinking. No fading. Made in the USA. 

cinda b 'b luxe' handbags, totes and accessories are crafted with pebbled faux leather and accented with genuine leather handles, trim and tassels. Spot clean only. Imported.

Is my cinda b water- AND stain-resistant?

Yes! We are very proud to tell you that all cinda b quilted poly/nylon fabrics are water-resistant and stain-resistant, making them practical and functional without sacrificing fashion. 
Note: cinda b 'b Luxe' bags are not water and stain-resistant and are recommended to be spot clean only. 

Can I wash my cinda b?

Yes! All cinda b quilted ploy/nylon bags are machine washable. Simply machine wash warm, remove promptly and air dry is best. (Note: to protect your cinda b's fabulous color, do not use chlorine bleach) Be sure to remove your hard-bottom insert (available on select styles) prior to washing.

- cinda b 'b Luxe' bags are not washable and are recommended to to be spot clean only.

How do I order a cinda b bag or accessory?

It's easy to order from cinda b online! Simply choose the style of product(s) you would like to buy from the pull down menus, choose your pattern(s) and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. And we make every attempt to ship all products to you within just a few days of your order. Personal, helpful and dedicated service will make you feel as happy as carrying your new cinda b!

How can I send someone a gift?

Sending a gift is easy! At checkout, simply change the ship-to address to the lucky recipient. If you choose to add a handwritten gift message on a cinda b note card to complete your package, please include in special instructions section before checkout. Simply enter your personal message before you complete the checkout process.

Is gift packaging available?

What lucky gal doesn't love a gift from cinda b? Although we do not currently offer full gift packaging, we are happy to include a personalized gift message on a stylish cinda b note card to send with your gift. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter your gift message before finalizing your order.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Sales tax will be added for deliveries to the following states: Indiana and Kentucky. The tax rate applied to your order will be the state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other state will not be charged sales tax.


How soon will my cinda b ship after I place my order?

We begin processing your order immediately. Most cinda b shipments to individuals are shipped out within three to five business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and method of shipment chosen. When shipping times are provided, they are calculated from the time the order is packaged and leaves the distribution center to when it is estimated to reach you. Keep in mind orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. 

Can I ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?

Absolutely! We’d be more than happy to assist you! Simply order as you would and specify the APO/FPO in the ship-to address. These orders ship via the USPS and will typically arrive at the destination in about 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Once you place your order and it is picked up by USPS, they will email you with a tracking number and a link to check on the progress of your shipment. However, should you have any questions, please call customer care at 877.692.4632 between 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.

What is your method of shipping and how much does it cost?

We ship via USPS Ground to all 50 states at standard shipping rates. Shipping and fees are added to your order at checkout. Expedited shipping is available. We do ship to P.O. Boxes. Items that are on backorder may be kept for a single shipment or shipped as soon as they become available. We DO NOT charge shipping and handling on backorders where an initial shipment has already been made. For further details, see our Standard Retail Terms and Conditions of sale.

Returns and Exchanges

Do cinda b's come with a warranty?

All cinda b products are guaranteed against manufactures defects. Please check your items upon receipt. It is our policy to stand behind our products, please see our Standard Retail Terms and Conditions of sale. If you experience a manufactures defect within the first 90 days of use, we will be happy to repair or replace your product.

However, our guarantee is not for the life of the product. As with most products, cinda b bags and accessories products are not indestructible (or filled with super powers). Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, misuse or abuse of the product, extraordinary wear and tear or use, etc., and we reserve the right to deny the return or refund of any product. Contact or 877.692.4632 and we will be happy to take care of you. 

Can I return or exchange a cinda b?

We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges with the following stipulations: If your merchandise was purchased from a retailer, it must be returned to that retailer and is subject to the retailer's exchange and refund policies. If you made a purchase from cinda b by phone or online and wish to make a change, we can accept returns or exchanges of product in their original condition, NOT USED OR WASHED, with original tags, within 30 days. You may exchange the product for another item of equal value to the original purchase price or receive a refund of the full purchase price. Note: To initiate a return please reply to your confirmation e-mail or email, with your name and order number. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form within 24 hours to include in your return. For more information, see our Standard Retail Terms and Conditions of sale.

I received a cinda b for a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

Sure you can! Follow the same instructions for a regular return (above). In addition, please have the packing slip available for purchasing information. We will do everything in our power to make the process painless and discreet!
