Refund policy

We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges with the following stipulations: If your merchandise was purchased from a retailer, it must be returned to that retailer and is subject to the retailer's exchange and refund policies. If you made a purchase from cinda b by phone or online and wish to make a change, we can accept returns or exchanges of full price products (sale items are not returnable) in their original condition, NOT USED OR WASHED, with original tags, within 6 months. You may exchange the product for another item of equal value to the original purchase price or receive a refund of the full purchase price. Note: To initiate a return please reply to your confirmation e-mail or email orders@cindab.com, with your name and order number.
